 One of the bonuses of writing a syndicated column is the mail that comes in from across the country, from outside the Beltway and beyond the Bos-Wash corridor, often presenting the opportunity for fruitful exchange with similarly concerned fellow-citizens. One such exchange, which has been going on for years now and has developed into a long-distance friendship, is with John L. Work, a retired policeman and detective in Colorado with 24 years service in law enforcement and investigation with police and sheriff’s office, as well as the Colorado public defender’s office.

John, whose analysis has appeared at this website from time to time, has pulled together something very unusual and important, which I am publishing below. It is in the form of an affadavit, the kind of document he used to put together as a detective, amassing evidence in this case about the apparent concealment of documents attesting to the identity and activities of President Barack Hussein Obama. The fact is, the birth certificate controversy is only the beginning of the presidential mystery. There is so much we don’t know for certain about President Obama. Inexplicably but intriguigingly, he has failed to produce his bona fides, while the media (and the White House media in particular), who could ask for them, don’t care, or don’t want to care.

I culled from John’s affadavit what is undoubtedly an incomplete list of the Obama documents that we, the people, have just never gotten a look at due to Obama’s decision not to let us look.

Sure, there’s (1) the original, long-form 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate. Then there’s:

2) Marriage license between Obama’s father (Barak Sr.) and mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) — not found, not released
3) Obama’s  baptism records — sealed
4) Obama’s adoption records — sealed
5)  Records of Obama’s and his mother’s reptriation as US citizens on return from Indonesia — not found, not released
6) Name change (Barry Sotero to Barack Hussein Obama) records — not found, not released
7) Noelani Elementary School (Hawaii) — not released
8) Punahou School financial aid or school records — not released
9) Occidental College financial aid records — not released. (These records were, however, subpoenaed but Obama lawyers succeeded in  quashing the subpoena in court. No other Occi records have been released.)
10) Columbia College records — not released
11) Columbia senior thesis — not released
12) Harvard Law School records (not mentioned below, but not released)
13) Obama’s law  client list — sealed
14) Obama’s files from career as an Illinois State Senator — sealed
15) Obama’s record with Illinois State Bar Association — sealed
16)  Obama’s medical records — not released
17) Obama’s passport records — not released
 
That’s a lot of records sealed and not released. But there’s much more to “the case.” Read it and see what you as an American citizen think. 

The Case Against Barack Hussein Obama

The writer, John L. Work, a retired commissioned Colorado Peace Officer and a citizen of the United States of America, herein presents the following facts and circumstances regarding The President of The United States, Barack Hussein Obama.  This writer states to this Honorable Court of Public Opinion that Barack Hussein Obama has failed to truthfully disclose to the American People a substantial amount of documentary evidence about his origins and history, to wit:

Barack Hussein Obama, AKA Barry Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, AKA Barry Dunham, DOB 8-4-1961, the duly elected and sworn President of The United States of America, has not proven that he is Constitutionally eligible to hold that Office.  The reasons this writer believes this to be true are as follows:

Former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Phillip Berg states in a lawsuit filed in 2008 that Obama’s father, Barack Obama, Sr., was at the time of Barack, Jr.’s birth a British subject of Kenya, Africa.

 Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham (DOB 11-29-1942), was not old enough to legally confer American citizenship on Barack, Jr. at his birth.

 Affidavits sworn to and signed by Rev. Kweli Shuhubia and Bishop Ron McRae say that Obama’s paternal grandmother, Sarah Obama, stated during an interview conducted in both the Swahili and English languages that she was present  at Barack Obama, Jr.’s birth in Mombasa, Kenya.

 Publication of Hawaiian newspaper birth announcements in 1961 did not necessarily constitute proof that a birth actually occurred within the State and offer no legal substantiation of citizenship in and of themselves;  further, during 1961  Hawaii’s law allowed issuance of Hawaiian birth certification for babies born outside the United States 

 In his book “Dreams from My Father” Obama claims that, following his birth, his married parents lived together in Hawaii until 1962.  Jerome Corsi (Ph.D. Harvard University), an internationally recognized scholar, author and investigative reporter, has discovered documentary evidence which shows that in fact Stanley Ann Dunham and her new-born son Barack, Jr., moved to Seattle, Washington within two weeks of his birth;  and that Stanley Ann started Fall semester classes there as a university student. 

 Jerome Corsi has been unable to locate any recorded evidence in Hawaii of either a marriage between Barack, Sr. and Stanley Dunham, or that they ever lived together.   

 Aaron Klein, author of The Manchurian President,  reported in the October 27, 2009 World Net Daily that Obama’s wife, Michelle Obama, publicly stated that Stanley Ann Dunham was single when she had Barack, Jr. 

 The Maui News published a report on January 21, 2009, in which former teachers Aimee Yatsushiro and Katherine Nakamoto said that Obama attended Noelani Elementary School from 1966 to 1967.  No records from the school have been released. 

 Circa 1967 Stanley Ann Dunham married an Indonesian Muslim named Lolo Soetoro (DOB circa 1935).   

 The Soetoros lived in Jakarta, Indonesia where Barack, Jr. attended Franciskus Assissi school under the name Barry Soetoro, registered as a Muslim. He later attended an Indonesian  public school. 

 Stanley Soetoro divorced Lolo in 1980.  No records of either Stanley Ann’s or Barry Soetoro’s repatriation as citizens of the United States from Indonesia have been released.  No name change records have been released. 

 A report published by Chelsea Schilling on 6-9-2009 in World Net Daily says:  a) that Obama attended Punahou School in Honolulu on a scholarship from 5^th through 12^th grades, and graduated in 1979.  b)  that none of Obama’s Punahou school financial records have been released. 

 Schilling’s report further states:  a)  that Obama attended Occidental College in Los Angeles from 1979 to 1981.  b)  that attorney Gary Kreep of the U.S. Justice Foundation served a subpoena on the College for Obama’s financial and scholarship records in order to determine if Obama, who was studying on a scholarship, attended Occidental as a foreign national.  c)  that attorneys for Obama intervened and got the subpoena quashed in Court.  d)  that none of Obama’s Occidental financial records have been released. 

 Schilling’s report also states:  a)  In 1982 Obama transferred from Occidental to Columbia University in NYC.  b)  that while he claims to have been active in the Black Student Organization, no one among a number of prominent student leaders interviewed by the New York Times recalled Obama being there.  c)  that Fox News contacted 400 Columbia students from that time period – and not one of them remembered him.  d)  that Obama graduated from Columbia in 1983, but school officials claim they do not have a copy of his senior thesis.  e)  that Obama has refused to release his Columbia transcripts. 

 Schilling’s report further states that Obama entered Harvard University Law School, graduated in 1991 and that he served as the Editor of The Harvard Law Review. 

 Schilling’s report also says:  a)  that Obama has not released his medical records.  b)  that Obama’s passport records have never been released  c)  that Obama at one point in his life traveled to Pakistan, using a passport of unknown origin   d)  that all files from Obama’s years as an Illinois State Senator are sealed.  e)  that Obama’s law client list is sealed.  f)  that Obama’s records with the Illinois State Bar Association are sealed.  g)  that Obama’s baptism records are sealed.  h)  that Obama’s adoption records are sealed. 

 An AP report published on 6-27-2004 in the Sunday Standard online edition states that Obama was born in Kenya. 

 Mayhill Fowler reported in the April 7, 2008 Huffington Post on an Obama April 6^, 2008 fundraiser speech, during which Obama claimed to have traveled to Pakistan when he was in college.  On 4-18-2010 this writer followed Mayhill’s link to an audio-recording of the speech and found that it has been removed from the site.

Jerome Corsi reported in World Net Daily on 10-26-2008 that Obama’s original long-form birth certificate is sealed by Hawaii’s Governor, Linda Lingle. 

 On 11-13-2008, attorney at law and author Debbie Schlussel published a copyrighted report of an investigation she commissioned to be done by retired ICE Agent Stephen Coffman into Obama’s Selective Service registration documents.  Coffman’s evidentiary findings led to Schlussel’s conclusion that Barack Obama “…either didn’t register for the draft or did so belatedly and fraudulently…”

 On 8-10-2009 Hawaii Department of Health spokesperson Janet Okubo refused to verify the authenticity of an image, generated by computer and released to the press corps by Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt.  LaBolt said that the image depicted was Barack Obama’s birth certificate.  Okubo also refused to confirm the veracity of a second and different online computer-generated Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, posted by FactCheck.org.

On October 1, 2009, Susan Daniels, a citizen of the State of Ohio and a licensed private investigator for the plaintiffs in United States District Court Case SACV09-00082-DOC (Anx), Captain Pamela Barnett et al v. Defendants Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle L. R. Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Robert M. Gates, and Joseph R. Biden, filed an affidavit with the Court.  Daniels’ affidavit states that she has found evidence proving that Barack Obama’s Social Security Number was issued by the State of Connecticut between 1977 and 1979; further, that Obama’s Social Security Number appears to be originally associated with a man who was born in the 1890s and is now deceased.

 Susan Daniels filed a second affidavit with the Court on October 19, 2009, which says that further investigation uncovered eight different Social Security Numbers for Barack Hussein Obama in addition to the number to which she alluded in her first affidavit, and two different Social Security Numbers for Michelle Obama.

 This writer states to this Honorable Court of Public Opinion that there is no known evidence of record to this date which shows that Barack Hussein Obama ever lived in Connecticut.

 Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution of The United States of America mandates that “…No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States…”

Wherefore, this writer believes he has shown reasonable grounds to believe that Barack Hussein Obama has deliberately, unreasonably and with guile concealed nearly all records of his personal documented history from public scrutiny;  and that requests to view those records are reasonable, rational and within the American People’s province. This writer believes the People of The United States have a right and responsibility to demand that all of the afore-described sealed records be released in order that the electorate may examine them to finally determine who Barack Hussein Obama really is, and whence he came.

US Bulks Up Iran Defenses

The Pentagon is beefing up U.S. sea- and land-based defenses in the Persian Gulf to counter any attempt by Iran to close the Strait of Hormuz.

The U.S. military has notified Congress of plans to preposition new mine-detection and clearing equipment and expand surveillance capabilities in and around the strait, according to defense officials briefed on the requests, including one submitted earlier this month.

The military also wants to quickly modify weapons systems on ships so they could be used against Iranian fast-attack boats, as well as shore-launched cruise missiles, the defense officials said.

The readiness push is spearheaded by the military’s Central Command, which oversees U.S. forces in the Gulf region, these officials said. It shows the extent to which war planners are taking tangible steps to prepare for a possible conflict with Iran, even as top White House and defense leaders try to tamp down talk of war and emphasize other options.

The changes put a spotlight on what officials have singled out as potential U.S. shortcomings in the event of conflict with Iran. The head of Central Command, Marine Gen. James Mattis, asked for the equipment upgrades after reviews by war planners last spring and fall exposed “gaps” in U.S. defense capabilities and military preparedness should Tehran close the Strait of Hormuz, officials said.

The Central Command reviews, in particular, have fueled concerns about the U.S. military’s ability to respond swiftly should Iran mine the strait, through which nearly 20% of the world’s traded oil passes.

“When the enemy shows more signs of capability, we ask what we can do to checkmate it,” a U.S. military officer said. “They ought to know we take steps to make sure we are ready.”

February 23, 2012 – San Francisco, CA – PipeLineNews.org – Iran’s economy is struggling because of crippling new restrictions on the country’s financial system, but no amount of sanctions will keep the mullahs from their headlong pursuit of nuclear weapons, which they hope will help usher in Islamic dominance of the world. The religious leaders believe it is their responsibility, as foreshadowed by the Quran, to bring about nuclear war to facilitate the coming of the last Islamic Messiah.

Two Iranian grand ayatollahs are now saying that the Earth will soon be under the feet of Muslims, as promised by the Quran.

The clerical establishment in Iran has long believed that the Islamic Revolution of 1979 was a sign by Allah that the end of times is near and that the duty and responsibility of the believers is to become ready for such an event.

Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, indicated to his close associates that he saw a mandate for the final glorification of Allah to overthrow the Shah, establish an Islamic state and then pass the flag of Islam to the last Islamic Messiah. When asked if he would be the one to pass the flag, he responded that “the one after me will be the one” who will create the circumstances for the reappearance of Imam Mahdi, the Shiites’ 12th Imam.

Many in the Islamic regime believe that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who became the Iranian supreme leader after Khomeini’s death, is the chosen one to pass the flag of Islam to Imam Mahdi. In fact, statements made by close associates of Khamenei indicate that the supreme leader himself is convinced that he is the one who will trigger the coming.

Mahdi, in Shiite belief, will reappear at the time of Armageddon.

In a recent statement, Grand Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani, a top Iranian Twelver Shia and a “Marja” (source to follow), addressed the future of the world as per the Quran. “The Quran is very clear that the inheritors of the Earth will be those of the righteous who represent the force of the truth against the force of the false,” Sobhani says. “The Quran is the proof that the world will be controlled and managed by the forces of truth and that there will be one government ruling everyone throughout the world.”

The Quran twice promises worldwide rule of Islam and its victory over all other religions, Sobhani says. According to hadiths, which have the tacit approval of the Prophet Muhammad, that will only happen when the last descendant of Muhammad, Imam Mahdi, returns and takes the rule of Islam from the East to the West.

The grand ayatollah then quotes the Quran (Altobeh, 33): “It is He Who hath sent His prophet with guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religions, even though the infidels may detest it.”

Sobhani calls the Internet another sign of the end of times and the coming of Imam Mahdi as hadiths indicate that at the age of the coming, people in the East will be able to see people in the West while in a stationary position.

The ayatollah reiterates the promised victory by the Muslims in referring to the Quran (Al Anbiya, 18): “We hurl the truth against falsehood, and destroy it, and behold falsehood doth perish.”

Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani, also a Twelver and a “Marja” with followers around the world, says the recent progress of Iran’s nuclear program is hailed as “significant and one that has shocked the infidels.”

Hamedani states that it is said that in the end of times, the city of Qom will be the center of science and an elevated center for learnings of Allah. He says the current Arab Spring in the region is due to the Islamic regime in Iran and that this awakening must expand to the world stage for the coming of the last Islamic Messiah.

The clerics in Iran have set up a center in the city of Qom specifically to track signs for the coming as they rely on centuries of hadiths from Muhammad and his descendants that have predicted signs in which the end of times will come and the last Islamic Messiah will reappear, killing all infidels and those who won’t convert to Islam and raising the flag of Islam across the globe.

The coming of Mahdi only awaits these last signs, as all of the signs that the hadiths herald have already taken place: Chaos, famine and havoc will engulf the Earth; major wars with dark clouds (atomic wars) will burn the Earth; one-third of the Earth’s population will be killed, and the rest will suffer hunger and lawlessness.

As revealed last year, an Iranian secret documentary, “The Coming Is Upon Us,” clearly indicates that the radicals ruling Iran believe that worldwide war and the destruction of Israel will trigger the coming of the last Islamic Messiah.

Trends–why more Americans will get guns for Christmas

If current trends are any indication, a significant portion of the American population will more than likely either get a gun for Christmas, or buy one for themselves during the holiday season. Gun and ammunition sales are skyrocketing in a trend that began in the summer of 2008 in the run-up to the Presidential election.

In a report issued today at Townhall, current trends indicate that Americans are stocking up on 3 items–guns, ammo, and gold. The reason? Economic and political uncertainty.

According to Gallup, 47% of Americans have a gun in their homes or somewhere on their property. That’s up sharply from 41% only one year ago.

When the statistics are broken down by areas of the country, those who live in the South and Midwest are the more likely gun owners. If you live in those two areas and you are a gun owner, then you are in the majority with 54% of Southerners and 51% of Midwesterners owning firearms. That number drops to 43% if you live in the West. The Northeast, however, is the place where citizens are least likely to own a gun, with only 36% reporting that they own firearms, according to Gallup

But a closer look at trends will reveal some eyebrow raising statistics that should surprise even the most hardened anti-gun activist. Among Democrats gun ownership has jumped a whopping 25% in the last year. Gun purchases among women jumped by 19%. And overall firearms ownership in the country is up 15% over last year.

Perhaps the biggest news in the trends is the fact that on Black Friday of this year, more guns were sold than ever before in the history of the U.S. on a single day–up 32% over the previous record on Black Friday of 2008 just after the election of Barack Obama.

Some of the fear-based psychological reasons for gold’s popularity in times of economic crisis appear to be similar to the reasons cited for purchasing guns and ammunition.  Michael Thompson, a small business owner from Virginia, had this to say about why he recently purchased 2,000 rounds of 223 ammunition to go with his growing collection of AR-15 assault rifles: “Since ARs are so well-known & widespread, quality ones don’t really go down in value.  I don’t trust what’s going on in Washington and a reliable firearm that’ll hold it’s value plus ammo that I can always re-sell later if I don’t use it up seems like as safe a place as any to put my money in these uncertain times.”

One prominent factor which customers at Ammo.net cite as one of their primary reasons for stocking up on guns & ammo now is the uncertainty surrounding U.S. firearm regulations.  Many wonder if President Obama’s official position on firearm regulation will change if he wins a second term. Others point to recent actions taken by President Obama’s appointees in the EPA and the Department of Justice, citing the EPA’s recently proposed ban on lead ammunition due to health concerns about the lead seeping into ground water supplies and the on-going debacle surrounding the Deparment of Justice’s failed Fast & Furious sting operation.  Several states have also enacted anti-gun legislation recently, such as California expanding their controversial gun registry to now include purchasers of new rifles and shotguns.

Dustin Ramsey, a 28 year old self-proclaimed “realist” from Tennessee who says hunting and fishing are two of his favorite outdoor activities, counts the 5,000 rounds of 9mm ammunition he keeps on-hand as one of his investments along with gold coins: “I’m a hunter so I know I can use my guns & ammo to feed my family if something happens to our usual food supply and there’s a run at our grocery store. Plus, it seems like somebody on Wall Street is always getting bailed out nowadays and my faith in the stock market has been gone for a long time. Look, I’ve seen what happens when times get tough and I figure I can always barter a popular caliber like 9mm for other supplies like I would with gold if push comes to shove. And if a crisis never materializes where I need my stash of ammo, I still love to shoot so those bullets won’t go to waste. Given the uncertainty in our world, ammunition seems more practical to me than gold, whether there’s an economic crisis or not.”

Whatever their reason, Americans are purchasing firearms and ammunition in record numbers.  USA Today recently reported that the FBI experienced on Black Friday their single largest number of background check requests ever in a single day, smashing the previous record by 32%.  Background check requests are processed by the FBI according to federal law.  Gallop also reported that gun ownership is at an 18 year high, with 47% of Americans admitting to Gallop they own a gun.  These statistics coupled with customer feedback at Ammo.net indicate more Americans are taking advantage of their constitutional right to own a firearm – and are arming up in increasing large numbers.

In general terms, however, the trends show that roughly 150 million Americans own guns. And that number is climbing sharply. Thus, the mysterious box you find with your name on it under the Christmas tree may well be that firearm you’ve had your eye on.

Waking Up America…..Can it be done?

Painting of Obama Trampling Constitution Resurfaces, Artist‘s New Work Tells ’Enslaved‘ Americans to ’Wake Up!’

Some may already be familiar with the image featured above. For those who aren’t, it is painting titled “The Forgotten Man” which features President Obama trampling on the Constitution while an astonished James Madison pleads with him to stop. To the side, a man sits on a park bench in the throes of depression while 43 presidents look on. The painting, which uses discarded dollar bills and scraps of paper with individual constitutional amendments scrawled onto them.

The Blaze first reported on artist Jon McNaughton’s controversial rendition back in 2010 when the artwork was released. Now, however, McNauughton’s Forgotten Man has resurfaced and is making its rounds across the internet again after appearing on Rachel Maddow’s blog on Thursday.

In a video that accompanied The Forgotten Man’s release, the politically charged McNaughton revealed, “For a long time I didn’t know if I wanted to paint this picture, because I worried it might be too controversial.”

He explained that the man on the park bench “represents every man, woman, and child who is an American“ and who ”hopes to find the American dream of happiness and prosperity.” The artist added, “But now because of unconstitutional acts imposed on the American people by our government we stand on the precipice of disasters.”

The artists’ work can be found at McNaughton Fine Art (though the site appeared to be down, at least temporarily on Friday evening) and on his Facebook Page. A search of McNaughton’s postings on Facebook reveal a number of paintings with strong political and religious themes including another provocative work released in October 2011 titled “Wake Up America.” The image features Obama smiling on the stump while shackled Americans gather around him.
